Foreign-trade bases (MOFCOM public notices)
From seven public notices on national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases issued by the Ministry of Commerce between 2011 and 2023.
These are public-notice lists of different kinds — proposed recognitions and annual assessment results. The same base can appear on more than one list, so the rows are not a count of bases, and later changes were not checked.

What these lists do and do not tell you
- They show that a named area has been recognised for an industry by a ministry. They are not directories of factories or suppliers.
- Many factories and wholesale markets are outside any listed cluster or base. An absent product does not mean it is not made there.
- Recognition is not a statement about the quality or reliability of any single company.
